A partial lunar eclipse occurs when the Earth passes between the Sun and the Moon, but the alignment is not perfect. During a partial lunar eclipse, the Moon appears to be partially covered by the Earth's shadow. The eclipse can be seen from anywhere on the night side of the Earth, but
