The First Photograph of a Planet Orbiting a Pulsar (1995)

This 1995 photograph is the first ever taken of a planet orbiting a pulsar. A pulsar is a rapidly spinning neutron star that emits a beam of electromagnetic radiation. The planet, PSR B1257+12, is located about 2,000 light-years away from Earth in the
